This form rely mainly on softness, integrating softness with hardness. Elegant stretching & successive penetration, calmness, & steadiness. One part of the body movement drive every part of the body; One part stops, hundreds of bones accompany. Exert spiral strength everywhere, trigger qi with shape, urge shape with qi. Natural respiration. Clear empty & solid actions, slightly draw in the chest & bend down, accumulate strength for exertion & watch for an opportunity to change posture, quickness alternates with slowness. An excellent material for beginners.
