Double Kettlebell Swing

This is an exercise demo for how to do a Double Kettlebell Swing. Tips: - Explode through the hips - Squeeze glutes at the top - Kettlebells should come up to about shoulder height (or just below) - Use your arms to guide/stabilize the kettlebells, don’t use your arms to pull them up (they simply assist the movement) - Contract your core on the way down and keep everything nice and engaged - Hip hinge as the kettlebells comes in-between your legs, don’t squat.
