INGREDIENTS
½ cup (56g) coconut flour
2 tablespoons (14g) whole psyllium husk
¼ teaspoon (1g) salt
3 tablespoons (40g) coconut oil or any oil of choice
1 cup (240mL) hot water
Cook in medium low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
*I used a 6 inch round mold to cut my tortillas. You can make it bigger if you want a larger tortilla.
*NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the metric/gram measurements (using a digital scale), rather than the standard/cup measurements.
