Turkish Ramadan Pide Recipe - Turkish Pide / Pita Bread - The Most Delicious Bread In The World!!!

Ingredients: 500 g of flour, 200 ml of warm milk, 200 ml of warm water, 1 egg white, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 100 ml of oil, 20 g of fresh yeast, 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs, 1 meal spoonful of black seed, 1 tablespoon of white sesame. Pour milk, water, yeast, salt, sugar, 2 tablespoons of oil into a bowl and mix. Gradually add the flour and continue to mix. Knead for about 5 minutes and get a soft dough.
