Traditional Turkish Ramadan Pide. A simple recipe for delicious, soft and fragrant bread. Try it and share your opinion in the comments :)
Ingredients (6 breads):
warm water 550 ml
sugar 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tbsp
flour 750 g
dry yeast 10 g
corn flour
1 egg
sesame
black cumin
Add flour gradually. The dough should be slightly sticky.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15-17 minutes.
