CrossFit “Linda“ 14:20

“Linda“ 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of: Deadlift - Bodyweight Bench Press - Bodyweight Cleans - Bodyweight Time: 14:20 I realize the bench doesn’t quite go to full depth. I hurt my left shoulder benching a couple years ago, and it still bothers me, especially with increased fatigue. If this one came up in competition I would have to go full ROM, but until then I’m trying to limit shoulder pain. Had a real mis-hap on the round of 2’s, was using a bar that was slightly bent from someone doing very heavy squats, and as I lifted off, the bar rotated and flipped off my hands. Did not feel nice one bit. Looks pretty bad too!! ; )
