Ballet Posture Exercise from Ballet for adult beginners class
This posture check is a really useful place to start if you’ve never tackled ballet dancing before or if you’re returning to dancing after a break. The feet rise and fall exercise is also fantastic for strengthening your feet no matter what type of dancing you want to do and is also brilliant at helping you feel a little steadier when you’re wearing heels.
