Sudan rivals agree to protect civilians but no truce - BBC News

Sudan’s two warring factions have signed a deal to protect civilians and aid deliveries from violence, but could not agree on a ceasefire. This is a first step to providing relief for Sudanese civilians trapped in the conflict, but there is still a long way to go.
