The Ribbon Eel (Rhinomuraena quaesita) lives in the coral reefs of Southeast Asia. A long and slender moray eel, the ribbon eel grows to almost 4 feet long. The ribbon eel is a protandrous hermaphrodite, starting out life as a male and transforming into a female. This transformation is shown in the video along with narration and music. About 2.5 minutes long.
