Masala Sprout Roll Ingredient Quantity Green chilli 2-3nos Bean Sprouts mixed 1½cup Chappati 2 no. Oil 1 tbsp Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Green chillies chopped 2-3 no. Garam masala 1tsp Turmeric ¼ tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Chaat masala ½ tsp Red chilli sauce 2tbsp Green chilli sauce 2tbsp Tomato ketchup 2tbsp Peeled Potato and mashed 1 no. Salt to taste Green Chutney 1 tbsp Method: 1. To make the filling, heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and green chillies and sauté for 1 mins. 2. Add potato, bean sprouts, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala , salt, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup mix well and cook for 2-3 mins. 3. Remove the filling in a bowl and keep aside 4. Place two chapatis on a chopping board and apply green chutney on one side. 5. Add soon full of mixture on one side of chapatis and roll them to make a wrap. 6. Heat a non-stick tawa and place the rolls, toast for a while and add oil , toast from both sides till crisp. 7. Cut the wrap into halfs and place on a serving plate. Garnish with coriander sprig.
