To be honest, I usually don`t practice ukemi waza (especially breakfalls and soft breakfalls) on hard floor but I found this nice spot on a beautiful warm autumn afternoon and I just started to roll couldn`t resist!...:-) I love the feeling of smoothly rolling around so I thought why not make a video about this for once, I hope you like it!
