In Lecture 17, Professor Nagler adds to the previous lecture by continuing to address nonviolence in the West and Nagler’s theory of religion. Nagler points out that each monotheistic religion’s core focuses one God being the God for all; each monotheistic religion (Christianity, Judaism, Islam) therefore has the same God.
