English Heritage put in major investment to add new stairwells and also have now covered the tower with a roof deck which now means you can walk and view York all across the rooftop when before as you see in the video was just a small walkway around the edge of the tower. I will add links to English Heritage page if you wish to see the newer version of Clifford’s Tower. It also gives me reason to once again travel to one of my favorite cities in England.
