Core strength helps to improve your posture, stability and even form during big compound movements like squat and deadlift. So it’s worth putting in the time to train your abs!
Josh has put together a strong core workout for you to try next time you train to fire up your abs and obliques 🔥
1️⃣ Toe Touches
2️⃣ Alternating Side Plank
3️⃣ Hollow Holds
4️⃣ Mountain Climbers
5️⃣ Walkouts
Complete 30 secs of each exercise followed by 5 - 10 secs of rest. Repeat the full circuit 2 times through, or if you want a challenge try to do another full round!
