Water Panto (1968)

Reading, Berkshire. The story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves is performed on water skis on a lake; possibly by the Theale Water Ski Circus (see also CP 509 - Water Ski Circus). The commentary is spoken in rhyme throughout; the performers are all in elaborate costumes - all the usual characters are here, plus a white rabbit riding a bicycle on water skis, and a grey mouse skiing along on a chair. Various stunts are shown; lines of water skiing lovelies; slapstick through the course of the story. Note: the main performer might be Pam Horton and the performance the “Pam Horton’s Water Spectacular“. Cuts exist - see separate records. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ.
