Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide Week 4 Monday: Legs & Cardio; Butt Exercises; LISS

Hello Everyone! Today I completed Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide Week 4 Monday: Legs & Cardio. There is one exercise in it called reverse raised lunges, and I’m not quite sure if I’m doing it right! So please look it up! I did and this was the best I could come up with! :) My workouts I do Interval Training, I do 1 to 2 minutes (depending on the exercise) of each exercise continuously, with 30 second breaks in between.
