For minced meat and walnut borek, ground beef, onion, currants, walnuts, kashar cheese, parsley, salt and spices.

I divide the large phyllo bread into 4 pieces.
I add the ingredients and make a closed wrap.
Rectangular shape makes it easier to cook in a pan.
I add sunflower oil to a large pan and fry the boreks on medium heat.
