Persian Omelette - Delicious Egg - Tomato Breakfast

This week I share with you my nan Maman Jamil’s Persian omlette recipe. It takes some time to prepare, but it takes no effort at all and it’s so worth the wait. Some of you may say, wait, this doesn’t look like an omelette! You’re absolutely right, it’s not what we know as omelette here in the UK and many other countries, but that’s what it’s called in Iran. *Forgot to show in the video: I added salt together with the tomatoes.
