500 burpees, 500 squats, 500 jumping jacks (Monster Circuit, Sept Challenge)

Day 1 of the September Iron Wolf Military Fitness challenge and we hit off hard! 500 reps on the burpees, squats and jumping jacks. We are feeling good and committed to get the work done. I can say I honestly felt every rep on this but we got it done and that is what’s important.
