#submucosal lesion

A 64-year-old woman was admitted to the endoscopy unit for follow-up endotherapy for esophageal varices. the patient underwent upper GI endoscopy. the scope revealed a submucosal lesion in the gastric fundus. examination of this lesion by pressing on it revealed it is firm. what is your provisional diagnosis? what is your plan of treatment?
