480i to 240p (deinterlace) mode on SONY CRT

Just when you thought you needed a B&O CRT TV to get this neat feature...... you must of known that SONY wouldn’t let you down!! More importantly, I wouldn’t let you down!!!! ;-) Self discovered why “playing“ with the remote, I have found SONY’s very own deinterlace mode. This video does not pick it up very well, but trust me, it makes a massive difference in real life on something like the PS2 outputing 480i. Hit (you may have to press it twice to switch into deinterlace mode) the button on the Sony remote that has the three green horizontal lines running across it for some 240p scanfest!!!
