Nut Forging with Induction Heating

Bolt and Nut Induction Hot forging is to heat the workpiece to be processed to a certain temperature with a high-frequency or medium-frequency induction machine, put the heated workpiece on a press machine, and then stamp it through a die to obtain the required shape and size. The billet is heated in an Induction Coil or Furnace to a temperature above the recrystallization point of the metal. This extreme high temperature is necessary to avoid strain hardening of the metal during deformation. Because the metal is in a plastic state, rather complex shapes can be made and the metal remains ductile. #industrialinductionheating #inductionheatingsystems #inductionheatingmachines #HeatTreatment #Forging #Forming
