There are many little things that make a great leader: listening, empowering, understanding of cultural differences, and able see every individual character. The team should say what to do, not the leaders. Diversity moves us forward; a new generation can bring a fresh spirit and a completely new mindset, while a senior can be a pillar, a basis of knowledge in a team. A designer has a vision of the future and lives in this way, and a leader must keep up this spirit. One way of motivation is to give people responsibility in their work, to make them feel the sense and importance of the job. A major part of work that we barely talk about is making mistakes. A leader can make mistakes, but must also accept that their team will make mistakes. Blame is not an option. A leader stands next to their team members even when they fail. Thi
