Tomas Venclova translated by Joseph Brodsky

Tomas Venclova reads two of his poems translated into Russian by Joseph Brodsky. Segmnets of Tomas Venclova’s audiobook ’Winter Dialogue’. This CD is a part of a large series of liturgical music, compiled, recorded and produced by Alexander Deriev for an Israeli company. It consisted of forty projects and contained a sub-series titled “Poetic Pilgrimage to the Holy Land.“ This sub-series included three disks (’Winter Dialogue’ by Tomas Venclova, ’On the Jordan River’ by Victor Krivulin, and ’The Last War’ by Regina Derieva), all of which were recorded together in a studio in April 1997.
