Robb Wilton (1934)

Titles read: “NOW Pathe Pictorial has pleasure in presenting - Robb WILTON of Radio, Variety and Film fame in another comedy cameo (Assisted by Iris Parnell).“ Pathe Studio, London. On a set dressed to look like a forest we see Robb Wilton, dressed in pith helmet, shorts and long socks, standing beside a tent. A young woman, Iris Parnell, enters, wearing pith helmet, white top and shorts. She asks where Robb has been and says her uncle is in a rage because they should have been in the forest hours ago (she’s very bossy). They talk of the hunt they’ll be involved in and Iris says either Robb or her uncle will be killed - Robb offers to stand down! He says he hopes the uncle will be sober when he chooses and talks of the man having the DTs in the tent. The doctor asked the uncle if he could see any pink elephants, green mice and white lizards.
