‘Absolutely inappropriate’ for biological males to participate in women’s sport

Liberal Senator Hollie Hughes says it is “absolutely inappropriate” for biological males to participate in professional women’s sport. It comes as Tasmanian Liberal Senator Claire Chandler calls for the definition of sex to be reintroduced into the Sex Discrimination Act to ensure women’s only sport can be allowed. “New Zealand (which) we know is the bastion for all things woke have just put in a transgender athlete as their woman of the year,” Ms Hughes told Sky News host Paul Murray.
