STICK: UPPER BODY STRENGTH by Fighting Monkey Practice

Create a gate where the left and right hand support sticks can’t touch each other. Try not to drop the top stick while rolling from back to belly and back again (never touching the ground with your elbows). If this sounds simple, please try. And then try again, and again.
