Pilates with Weights | 30 Min Full Body Workout | Weights Optional | Intermediate Pilates

Join me for a 30 minute pilates workout with weights to help you build more strength and control in your body as well as increase bone density, muscle tone and endurance. The weights I am using are 1kg / 2 pounds but of course you can go lighter or a little heavier to suit you, or you can use two small water bottles. You can also do the workout without weights if you prefer. This session focuses on control and would be especially beneficial for everyone including those with hypermobility as the weights help you focus on your joint placement and controlled mobility.
