Palestinians recount horrific Israeli strikes on Rafah camp

Late on Sunday, multiple missiles smashed into a displacement camp northwest of Rafah, killing at least 45 people and wounding others who were sheltering in tents near a UNRWA warehouse. The attack targeted the Tal al-Sultan area, with Gaza’s government media office reporting that the Israeli aircraft used missiles and 2,000-pound bombs to strike the tents in the area. The Israeli armed forces have continued the attacks since then, with fresh strikes on a camp west of Rafah believed fatal for at least 21 people, medics on-the-ground reported.
