Классные упражнения с роллом👍🏻
Ролл добавляет нестабильности за счет своей формы, поэтому в большей степени включаются мышцы стабилизаторы. Уменьшение площади опоры и баланс в положении лежа на ролле усложняет выполнение упражнения, поэтому это далеко не начальный уровень.
Эти упражнения можно выполнять и без ролла, лежа на ковре.
В Pilates мы всегда идем от простого к сложному и выбираем вариацию упражнения исходя из готовности физически и ментально ее выполнить🤗
