Organizers believe that, unlike political relations, connections between architects from different countries don’t depend on international dealings. ◇The Awards are supported by the Embassy of Switzerland in Russia, the Consulate General of Switzerland in St. Petersburg, and many diplomatic missions, consular offices, official organizations, government departments, and other institutions. ◇The Awards are the world’s only competition for architecture and design where the winning projects are taken into a state museum’s collection. ◇The State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg annually includes the best projects in its international collection of architectural graphics, the first exhibits of which date back to the 18th century, and holds an exhibition of the winners of the Golden Trezzini Awards entitled “Architecture as Art“. ◇Entries are judged by an international panel of judges, comprising more than 200 experts from 32 countries overall. ◇Entries for the 6th Golden Trezzini Awards are now closed. The Organizing Committee received 1,229 entries from 72 countries ◇ The finalists were announced on September 12. 94 projects from 17 countries have been shortlisted. ◇The winners will be announced at the Gala event on November 15 at the State Hermitage in St. Petersburg. ◇The winners not in attendance will receive their awards by mail following the Gala. 📅Submissions for the 7th Golden Trezzini Awards to open in February 2024. ✅️Application is, and always will be, free of charge. 👉More on: 📧Questions?
