In this video Coach JD shows some fundamental kickboxing techniques. Starting at the basic stance and presenting the basic details for the first two punches, the jab, and cross. Then moving on to the first two kicks in basic kickboxing training as well as within a fitness kickboxing routine. Finally, JD gives us a couple combinations that you can work with.
