Guinness Nitro IPA “Behind The Beer”

Guinness pioneered the use of nitrogen in beer back in the 50’s. This video features a glimpse behind the scenes of our centuries-old St. James’s Gate brewery in Dublin along with discussions with our brewers about the development of Guinness Nitro IPA. The Guinness Nitro IPA recipe and brewing process was developed by The Brewers Project in our small, hands-on St. James’s Gate test brewery. It’s brewed at scale in our larger facilities.
