Radio cyclist. London. M/S of Arthur Newman cycling along the road, he stops, looks at watch and fixes antenna aerial to front of his bicycle. M/S as Newman takes headphones out of saddlebag and puts them on. C/U as he tunes the set. Various shots of Newman cycling through the streets, whistling and wearing headphones.
