It’s been far too long since I’ve posted anything. I apologize - been working like crazy on content for the PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP which will go live in the next few weeks. It’s been more time consuming that I expected! Anyway this is a quick kettlebell/bodyweight ladder circuit which alternated two fairly basic but challenging moves - the reverse lunge (with a b’ball pass) and a pushup. Lift as heavy as you can and “push“ yourself in the pushup by doing it from your knees if possible. Start with one rep of each, then two, three and so forth until you get to ten. I’m simply demo-ing a few reps and the rest is up to you! Please feel free to time yourself and then repeat at some point and see if you can beat your first time.
