Twists are some of my favorite ways to work with the core, not only because they feel good, but because the compression on the one side creates opening on the other. So, yes, twists feel good, but they also stimulate digestion and thus flush and detox the system. And, on top of that, you can use cross body movements (aka twists) to strengthen. All the wins!
This interval yoga class also leans into some cardio elements to make sure that we continue to facilitate that flushing action in the tissues, pump up the heart rate, and make this an all around class that’s good for any and every day.
