Ingredients: 8 oz elbow macaroni or pasta of your choice 1 canned cooked chickpeas *Roughly 3/4 cup vegan Mayo ( add more if needed) * 1 tbsp Dijon mustard Dash celery seed Few dash cayenne pepper Few Dash onion powder ( not shown on camera) Salt to taste Freshly cracked black pepper 1 tsp cane sugar (optional) 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1/4 bell pepper (I used green and red) 1/4 large purple onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables Thanks for watching!
