10 minutes TRX Suspension Training for beginners. Total Body / Full Body Resistance Exercise.

We are currently on lockdown, my exercise location will be at the balcony, or at he children playground area. One of my favorite and effective exercise equipment will be the TRX, this workout is a 10 minutes 45 second work / 15 second rest, the exercises are very easy to follow.
