Primal Stretch + Flex - Bodyweight Follow Along Workout
Yo! This is a primal movement session that includes dynamic stretches and core strengthening exercises that will leave you feeling strong and mobile. This session is great for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who are looking to build a strong and capable body.
Follow along with me in this bodyweight workout that takes about 25 minutes. No equipment needed and you can do this at home, at the gym or outside.
I provide some modifications throughout so this workout is accessible for beginners and scalable for intermediate and advanced movers as well.
