In the second block of the frisbee warm-up, I will show you some exercises that will help prepare the whole body for training, help warm up some joints, as well as the lower back. Personally, I have problems with the spine, so I pay a lot of attention to the back and lower back. These exercises can be used for individual and group warm-ups.
