In this 30-minute Bodyweight Kettlebell HIIT workout, we will have 10 bodyweight exercises and 10 kettlebell exercises. There will be two blocks in total, each block containing 2 bundles of 4 exercises and one bundle of 2 exercises for 2 rounds in a row. We will be performing each exercise for 35 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between.
