Wooly Wednesday 02 13 2019 - Felting a Background for a 2D Picture

This is Part One of what will be a 2part series. The 2nd half we will needle felt the little cluster will air WED Feb 27, 2019. This was recorded LIVE during our regular Wooly Wednesday Broadcast. In this video we will start by needle felting our fibers and then wet felting them for a firm, well blended background. In our next tutorial, we will needle felt a picture on top of this background.
