ISLAND JELLO CAKE | FLOATING ISLANDS IN GELATIN

If you’ve been online lately, you’ve probably seen one of those cool gelatin cakes. Becky decided to try out this new trend. The first attempt was an epic fail, but watch what happens on try number 2 - it’s so much better! This was a tough cake, and getting the gelatin just right is not as easy as it looks.
