The natural sweetness of apple is enough for those who don’t like much sweet making this a perfect dessert to serve. #applehalwa #easyrecipe #recipe #youtube#chefharpalsingh Ingredient Quantity For Tart: Flour 1 cup Butter 1½ Tbsp Cinnamon powder ½ Tsp Green cardamom powder ½ Tsp Powder sugar 1 Tsp For Apple Halwa: Apple grated 1½ No. Ghee 2 Tbsp Sooji 1 Tbsp Almond chopped 1 Tsp Cashew nut chopped 1 Tsp Raisins 1 Tsp Fresh coconut grated 2 Tbsp Khoya ½ cup Cinnamon powder ¼ Tsp Nutmeg powder a pinch Green cardamom powder ½ Tsp Powder Sugar 2 Tbsp For Rabadi: Milk 3 Tbsp Khoya 1½ Tbsp Green cardamom powder ½ Tsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Sugar balls for garnish Sugar crystal for garnish Method: For Tart: 1. Take Flour, butter, cinnamon powder, green cardamom powder and powder sugar in a bowl and mix well. 2. Add little water, mix well and make dough. 3. Divide the dough in equal portion. 4. Apply little butter in tart mould and dust some flour and place one portion of the dough and press the gently around the sides of tart mould. 5. Prick all over the tarts with the help of a fork. 6. Repeat the same with the rest of the dough 7. Preheat the oven at 180 c for 6-8 min. and place the tart mould in the preheated oven and bake for 12 min. For Apple Halwa: 1. Take apple cut into pieces remove the seeds and grate in a bowl. 2. Heat ghee in kadai, add sooji, mix well and sauté for 30 sec. 3. Add chopped almond, cashew nut and raisins, mix well and sauté for 1 min. 4. Add grated apple, mix well and sauté for 5-6 min. 5. Add grated coconut, mix well and sauté for 2 min. 6. Add khoya, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, green cardamom powder and powder sugar, mix well and sauté for 2 min. 7. Switch of the flame and keep it aside. 8. Meanwhile take apple and cut into thin slice. Keep it aside. 9. Remove the tart from the oven and keep it aside. 10. Take milk in a pan, add khoya and green cardamom powder and mix well. 11. Add sugar, mix well and cook till mixture is thick. 12. Switch of the flame and keep it aside. 13. Take tart and fill the tarts with the prepared halwa on it, take slice of apple and arrange on the side to look like flower. 14. Pour the rabadi in center, garnish with chopped nuts and bake it again in preheated oven for 8-10 min. 15. Remove the tart form the oven and keep it aside for 2 min. 16. Remove the tart from mould and place it on serving plate, pour rabadi on the side, garnish with sugar balls and Sugar crystal and serve.
