Police Make Arrest in Alleged Kidnapping Caught on Camera

Police say they have identified the suspect and the victim in this video, which they allege shows a kidnapping. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police released home surveillance video which appears to show a woman knocking on a door for help, but a man stops her, hits her, and then drags the victim away from the home. Authorities said they were able to identify the vehicle and track down the suspect and the victim. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
