Banish Bra Bulge With This Workout
Before we get into the workout, please note: we can’t “spot reduce“ any area! The best way to reduce body fat is to get into a caloric deficit. That being said, we can build muscle under the areas we’d like to tighten, thus improving the overall appearance. This workout will help you do just that. Each exercise has been chosen to target the areas where bra fat usually causes issues. Lets build some muscle and tighten up!
Workout:
1. Close grip pulldown to stomach
2. Cross body chest press
3. Mini-band chest supported row
4. Incline flye with wrist twist
5. Incline pullovers
6). Forward lean pushdowns
