Идиллический маленький городок Пас и разрушенный замок на холме. Средневековая крепость Поссерт, озведенная в середине XIV века, некогда состояла из дворцового комплекса, башни, жилого дома и внутреннего двора, но за время своего существования она не раз подвергалась военным нападениям и была существенно повреждена. Наибольшие разрушения замок получил еще при войне между Австрией и Венецианской республикой (Ускокская война 1615 — 1617). Замок построен в 16 веке. Полноценно сохранены многие элементы внутреннего и внешнего декора замка, в замке полностью отреставрирована часовня Святого Хенрика. Замок Белай расположен на высоком холме с видом на виноградники и зеленые холмы Истрии. Владельцы замка занимаются производством вина, оливкового масла, ракии. В двух прилегающих помещениях, принадлежащих замку, располагаются винокурня и винный погреб, проводятся презентации и дегустации вина, оливкового масла. Семейная ферма «Файман» уже много лет занимается производством и реализацией молока и молочной продукции. Paz (Italian: Passo) is a village and ruined castle in Istria County, Croatia, in the municipality of Cerovlje. Fort Possert, near Paz, is one of the few feudal forts in Istria featuring a preserved Gothic keep. The archaeological exploration, and particularly the discovered inventory originating from the period between the 14th and the early 17th c., have generated new assumptions concerning the history of the fort, and the planned completion of conservation repairs will make it possible to present this valuable monument to the public. Belaj is a small village and Baroque Castle. Castle Belaj historically has numerous hectares of vineyard. In 2017 Belaj Castle opens to the public. Belaj Castle has functioning degustation room, authentic restaurant, delicatessen shop, wine production, wine cellar and first floor of the central building of the estate open for the guests. The castle is on a small hill, 210 metres (690 ft) above sea level along the local road. The castle was mentioned in 1367. Fajman Cheese Factory is located in Letaj near Pazin and operates within the Fajman family farm. The Fajman family has been raising dairy cows and processing milk for many years. A new modern cheese factory was built in 2011. All products are made from unpasteurized milk obtained exclusively from their farm. They make yogurt, milk, semi-hard cheese, Skripavac cheese and cottage cheese. The products can be tried and bought on the farm.
