10 MIN Hotel HIIT LEGS WORKOUT | BEGINNER FRIENDLY, NO EQUIPMENT

Lets get our legs on fire with this 10 Minute workout you can do anywhere! This workout is quick and to the point. There is no need for you to get down on the ground or to look for equipment to use, this workout will challenge you to stay focused for 10 minutes and get a light sweat on during vacation. I know its easy to be worried about your fitness goals while on vacation, but these workouts aren’t about that! Often times I feel as though I just want to stay consistent and give my body the movement it craves. Once you get into a routine, it’s hard to completely stop for vacation then start back up again when you get back again. Check out the other workouts in this series: ABS: BACK & BOOTY: ARMS: STRETCH: My hopes for these workouts are that they get you feeling amazing on vacation, help you with your digestion as you enjoy treats that maybe you don’t usually eat at home, and that you feel like you are doing something great for your body every day even while away from home! This workout is beginner friendly and doesn’t even require a mat. Sometimes for added cushion for my feet, if I don’t have a yoga mat available to me, I will lay down a couple towels on the ground, but it is not needed for this workout!
