Welcome to this gentle 10 minute yoga practice. We’ll be stretching from head to toe and finding easy movement to wake up the body and mind.
Asanas include Gate Pose, Gate Side Plank, Cat Cow, Puppy, Sphinx, Child’s Pose, Low Lunge, Downward Facing Dog, Butterfly and Seated Twist.
This class can either be done as a standalone practice, or as part of a 7-day challenge that I’m running for my website members. The full series can be found here:

- 15 Min Morning Yoga | Restorative Yoga For Grounding
The aim of this series is to help you build the habit of waking up and practicing yoga first thing in the morning. This can have so many positive impacts, such as releasing tension from the night before, improving your flexibility, and mobility, focusing your mind, and improving your mood. The classes are all 10 to 15 minutes long and ideal for those at a beginner to intermediate level.
I’m also currently offering a 7-day free trial period, making this the perfect time to get back into your daily yoga practice.
