Do you know what is difficult? Trying to make a video on a pair of principles that show up in every technique in our martial art: Hanging and Winding. We took a minimalist approach here focusing on the Sprechfenster, so as not to recap the entirety of Liechtenauer’s Historical European Martial Art. Enjoy! This is the last video of this series.
